âThe hotelrooms are really old. We had so many issues with our room so they got a new one. First night the AC was so cold and could not change the temperature (talking about a temperature around 15 c). Next day the toilet was flooded with water coming from the ceiling. Third day at the new room the AC was not working at all. Food was generally good, breakfast one of the best I ever had. The French restaurant and the lobster house were both excellent. Avoid Flavour market (Spanish), worst paella...
âWe had some problems at the check in, don't know if Hotels forwarded the booking correct ( we booked the same day). I had to forward the confirmation to the hotel myself. When this was fixed everything went well and the room was good.â
âStayed here 2 weeks for 7 days here and within the first 6 hours Iâd fallen in love with the hotel. Breathtaking views of the ocean, luxurious interior designing, clean bedding, amazing food, and most importantly- warm and welcoming staff who were there to help with every question. âIf youâre not choosing the beach front apartment - not worth it. You will stay across the road in a building that needs some refreshing for sure. Our room was probably the worst though, it was behind the front desk so definitely felt like a left over room. Our view was over some trash outside of the hotel. Weird smell in the rooms and also walls are extremely thin. Not good valueâ
âOnly complaint is the amount of seaweed on the beach. Approximately 10 to 12 feet of seaweed (sargassum) lined the entire shoreline and was rotting the entire time. I didn't seem like much effort was being put into clearing the shoreline during our stay. The rotting sargassum also produces an unpleasant odor that permeates the entire property. âEtt boende som ligger mycket bra till precis i anslutning till en lugn del av stranden, men endĂ„ vĂ€ldigt centralt i Puerto Morelos. Inte nĂ„got lyxboende men helt ok med tanke pĂ„ lĂ€get.

âThe location is by the beach and very close to the restaurants and the small center. The room had good space with a/c and a balcony. Breakfast included was basic (toasted bread with jam, butter and coffee)
