“We stayed at this house with three adults and two children. There was plenty of room and beds for everyone, the house was clean and the community was very nice. There’s a large shopping center with restaurants and a grocery store within a two minute drive from the house. There is also a community pool that was easy to access. Garage parking is included with the rental which was great. Communication with the owner was very easy also. If we come back to the area, I would definitely book this house...

“This is a wonderful property. There were 9 people in our group, and we were more than comfortable. The house is spacious and well furnished. Everything we needed was provided by the owner. Our favorite part was the backyard. It really added to the overall experience.”

“We booked this property on fairly short notice after another reservation was canceled on us, and we felt fortunate to find such a nice spot to be our home base for our daughter's dropoff for her first year at UC Berkeley. The safe and beautiful location was ideal for our last-minute Target/Ikea/etc. runs and it was easy to get DoorDash and enjoy home meals with the gorgeous view. We also had some nice meals out, especially dinner at Lake Chalet on Lake Merritt and lunch outdoors at Broderick...
