“It was just like the listing. The only thing is I had to do yard work. The deck was covered in dry leaves and around the fire pit. I had to ask my mother to bring me a rack to clear out all the dry leaves in the fire pit area ”

“Check in was super easy, i was sent the keypad code by email a few days prior to check. Communication with the owner was great, response was very quick. Only downfall was that i had to vacuum when we got there and house #4 did not have a washer/dryer, stove, or full size refrigerator and it was more than my friends house #1 that had those amenities included. I would stay here again, only would makw sure I had a house with laundry. Very close to Clarks Hill Lake and a short drive to Augusta ”

“2 king beds, well equipped kitchen. It’s a duplex but quiet— we couldn’t hear neighbors in the unit next door. We walked to the Evans town Center Park (20 min) for the fireworks display and it was great!”

“Property was clean and very cozy. Just big enough for 3 people for a weekend stay. Close to everything with easy access to restaurants and shopping.”

“Perfect after a long ride. Cozy, clean, and a secure fenced yard for my dog to go afyer being stuck in a car for 8 hours. Has everything you need. Cooked supper amd breakfast. So nice to ne able to sit and watch tv.”

“Quaint and quiet charming place to stay while attending the Masters. Thomas was an excellent host and even mailed a couple forgotten items we left behind at no charge. On a side note I loved my bed so comfortable. Thanks Thomas for making our stay so enjoyable :) ”
