“The tv was not working.. They repaired it quickly .”

“Very bad when we should check in and our european mastercard didnt work, although we already paid for the whole stay they didnt want to let us check in and not accepted cash so we had to solve it on a late night or sleep outside. Worst treatment ever, and we had 3 kids with us and everyone was very tired of a long flight. ”

“My stay in this hotel was horrible. My room had filthy towels with pubic hair on both sides, a dirty refrigerator, and dirty bath mats.... I slept with one eye open most of the night. I showed the front desk staff the towels and pictures of the room and they did nothing to accommodate me. ”

“unfortunatly, our experience was disappointing. when we pulled back the blanket on the bed, we noticed a personal item left behind from previous guests, which made it clear that the bedding had not beed properly changed on the room. this was quite uncomfortable and concerning for us. in additioon, the breackfast did not seem fresh and overall quality was below our expectation.”

“Overall my stay was fine. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was for the pool. I called and they told me the pool was working fine. When I arrived. The pool was no longer working. Doesn’t make sense. Other than that, my stay was fine. ”

“The male man in the reception wasn't very nice at arrival. They must have a better person there The next day there were other at the reception who was much nicer. Also no elevator to the second floor when you have heavy suitcases.”

“Lots of parking. Very basic cold breakfast. ”

“Surrounding hotels were out of power, this hotel had - great! Our room was more of an apartment which was great for the family! Good parking garage, great service desk - but the cleaning could do a better job. Bed sofa had used linnen, there was food in the kitchen sink that smelled bad when we got to our room and there was a tape from a user shirt on the back of the bathroom door meaning the cleaners didn’t clean behind the door or they’d seen it. With this said, I’d still stay here again! ”
