“Loved having a large room with a kitchen and a balcony overlooking the ocean. Our host was very pleasant and helpful.”

“Cute setup for our kids (ages 9-12), they loved the upper loft filled with toys! The place is very clean and comfortable. It’s secluded in the forest which was beautiful. The only thing was there is a rooster nearby that kept crowing loudly all early morning, so if you like to sleep in, I suggest bringing earplugs :) other than that, it’s a cute and quaint place to stay!”

“The property is rustic and quiet, with beautiful trees to shade the private porch. The listing was exactly as pictured and described, and thoughtfully appointed. Communication with the host was prompt and the directions provided were easy to follow. The house is in a rural location with the tiny coastal town of Elk about 10 minutes away. We just stayed two nights and if I find myself in the area again, I would absolutely return to this spot.”

“The photos do NOT do it justice. It is an art gallery with fantastic furnishings. Perfect to relax in and with a large desk to work at. Did I mention a fully stocked kitchebn and laundry room. I will be back. Location location location = Westside Ukiah (I am almost hate to write this review as it may alert too many folks to this great place.)”

“I wanted to visit Mendocino with my partner, I planned a surprise weekend getaway and I found this gem! It’s just outside of Mendocino so all the trails were only 10-15 minutes away. The property was the perfect size. It was cozy and clean and exactly what I was looking for. Ann was the sweetest! She made us feel at home, offered to use her larger kitchen for some steaks I wanted to cook the first night. There was a small fridge and freezer that was perfect for the snacks and wine we brought...
