“Very convenient location to everything Bodega. Very safe area with roving security patrols. Communication with the host was excellent. Great view of the ocean and bay. All kitchen items required were available. Bring your own spices though because they have the very basic leftover spices from other guests like salt n pepper n garlic powder. Beds are firm but pillows are very comfortable.”

“We enjoyed our stay for an extended weekend with our pups. Located in a nice cozy community and conveniently only 20-25 mins from San Francisco Fisherman’s Wharf. The back house was very nice, clean and refreshing with pretty much all the amenities you can need. “***DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE***Zero stars. This place was dirty, the people live here full-time and it is nothing like what is advertised. Full fridge that was gross. Mold in the shower. I left immediately and requested a refund. Have not received it yet. ”

“We arrived to a property that was littered in trash (see picture for reference) and without power. When we called the host to discuss or check-in issues, we were told we could vacate the property or remain and receive a 50% discount. We opted to leave but the host still refused to refund the 250 cleaning fee even though we left within 15 mins upon arrival. Terrible service and a terrible experience. Find somewhere else to stay.”

“An absolute gem of a property in Sebastopol that makes a perfect jumping off point for exploring the town and all of Sonoma county: 20 minutes to Bodega Bay, 30 minutes to Healdsburg, 50 minutes to Sonoma. And if you're not afraid of a little walking, a 15-minute walk will get you to downtown and the Barlow. (And if it's dark when it's time to go home, it's a 3-minute, 7 Uber ride back.)
