“Alfonso was easily accessible for all our needs. The asthetic of modern farmhouse mixed with vintage flair was perfectly curated. There was the most beautiful homemade breakfast from the farm every morning, and dinner every night if you would like. Be sure to check your email prior to checkin as you have to book dinner 24 hours before checkin. "We really enjoyed our stay at Radisson Blu Hotel, Florence. Everything was very good — the room, cleanliness, swimming pool, breakfast and especially the helpful and friendly staff. We stayed with our family and the children really enjoyed the pool. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We would happily give you 10/10 and would love to stay here again."

"Personalen var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma. Mitt sällskap och jag tyckte att boendet låg bra till och vi älskade ac:n. Frukosten var god och rekommenderar att lägga till den, kaffet var underbart! Rekommenderar dock inte att beställa room service… vi beställde room service så fort vi hade kommit in på rummet och maten blev levererad i en pappåse och det låg i pappkartonger. Beställde en ragu pasta och en burgare, ragun såg ut att vara helt vanlig svensk kalops med lite pappardelle. Det blev 44 euro för maten plus att de tar en avgift för att komma upp med maten. Det var inte uppskattat med tanke på att maten kom i papperslådor! Besök Florens och bo på Hoxton men beställ inte room service!"

"I jämförelse med andra 5-stjärniga hotell skulle jag nog säga att detta snarare är ett mycket bra fyrstjärnigt, med eleganta stora rum. Läget är fantastiskt och ett avgörande skäl för att bo här, med nära till alla sevärdheter. Tyget för sängkuddar ovanligt strävt för att vara på hotell och mörkläggningsgardinerna släpper igenom mycket ljus på morgonen. Effektiv reception men inget utöver det vanliga. Fick påminna om att få upp utrustning till rummet. Concierge-servicen oengagerad. Frukostbuffén lite begränsad i sortiment, särskilt gällande bröd och ost, men här är personalen trevlig och engagerad. Våningsplan 5 är inte tillgängligt för personer med funktionsnedsättning."
