“The property was completely perfect! Babis was a perfect host - he loaded the fridge with breakfast items, snacks, juices, and waters, and also showed us a map with detailed restaurant descriptions and fun beaches.The bedrooms were comfortable and the apartment is exactly as pictured. Town was an easy 10 minute walk and popular beaches were about 10-25 minutes away by car (if staying on the North side of the island.) “This so called villa was dirty , not well kept. No air conditioning. The property was dangerous to drive to. It was out of the way and near a heli port. The location noted on Expedia of Platis Yialos was not accurate. It was no where near it. The villa requested we wire transfer the funds to hold the property months before so there would be no recourse. We left and found rooms elsewhere. Terrible. Lost out deposit of 130o. Euros. The villa requested about 3000 euros for five days...

“The property was very clean. There are many amenities and the management company left a wonderful welcome basket for our arrival which included many traditional Greek treats and homemade olive oil. Andreas was very helpful in providing suggestions for places to go, beaches to see and restaurants. The whole experience was top notch and I would highly recommend booking the villa as well as using that management company.”
