The whole hotel was immaculately clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The food was delicious and always freshly prepared.
It had a lovely swimming pool, but was also situated close to a beautiful beach.â
âReally nice little resort. Staff were friendly on arrival at reception and helpful throughout. Underground secure parking came with the room. The room was great and plenty of space, really well equipped even though it was all inclusive. Needed a shower curtain or something as the bathroom got soaked every time you needed a shower but it was all fine and the water soon drained away. The balcony was nice and overlooked the water park across the road. There was music from there during the day but...
âClean apartment with everything you need (unfortunately there isn't a hairdrayer), clean pools, very friendly staff. We spent a lovely week at Menada Ravda Apartments. â
âExcellent location - we had a studio with sea view. The staff was super busy but also very polite. All necessary for a short stay in the studio was sufficient and exceptionally clean - a rare find for those types of accommodations in BG as a whole. They also had free on site parking right next to the building. Would highly recommend because of the parking, location, cleanliness! â
âThe quantity of food at breakfast was amazing. I would have liked more variety, but that's being picky. The resort was packed with unruly children. So it's family friendly, but not tranquil.â

âPerfekt lĂ€ge! 3 minuters gĂ„ngvĂ€g till bĂ„de buss-och tĂ„gstationen. Ligger vid den stora gĂ„gatan genom staden. Trevlig personal i receptionen. FrĂ€scha rena rum med sköna sĂ€ngar och hĂ€rlig utsikt. KylskĂ„p. Bra badrum och dusch. Deras spa ingĂ„r i rumspriset. Bra gratis frukost med stort utbud. Enda nackdelen var att det inte ingick nĂ„got gratis flaskvatten pĂ„ rummet. Nog det bĂ€sta boendet i Burgas. FörlĂ€ngde med 2 nĂ€tter. HĂ€r bor jag gĂ€rna igen! â
âI had great time, but the hotel was overbooked so we stayed in totally diferent room i place near by but the common areas was pretty cool with several pools and a lot of Green areas. The staff was too confused and looked like they dont speak my language very well even if its in Bulgaria. The room had everything we needed just they can improve the cleaning in the bathroomâ
âWe didnât stay here for long but there were mold in the bathroom and the shower didnât work. The rooms did look like the pictures. I donât recommend this place if your on vacation.â

"Old hotel in bad condition, terrible food and drinks in plastic mugs. Have to pay for pool towels and no cleaning in 5 days and only one change of towels in room in 5 days. Dont go here."
"Very nice hotel with lots of beautiful sculptures everywhere. The outdoor pool was very nice but very hard to find any free sunbed it was always full.
The rooms are big and have a very nice view but our room was not cleaned as a 5star hotel should be, there was a lot of small spiders and spider net in almost every corner.
But the worst thing was the food it was horrible, they had the same food every day in lunch and dinner with almost just pork meat in every dish they made so it was soo boring to eat the same awful food everyday in an all inclusive 5star hotel one doesn't expect that. And there was no a la carte restaurant which is written in the description so we ate outside in other restaurants everyday even though we had paid for all inclusive. So I would give zero star for the food.
But overall the area and the beach is very nice and specially the night life is so much full of life outside. "
