“Upon arriving at the property, we found workers hammering, painting, and frequently opening doors due to ongoing renovations. At one point, a worker nearly entered our unit, mistaking it for another townhome. We fell in love with the location to the point of purchasing property to have this be a place to make memories for us and our future generations.
