"Very nice place near the Pisa Tower. Beautiful view from room window. A bit scary lift that takes a very long time to travel between two floors. As there is no indicator if the lift is moving you can get nervous if it is stuck! Happened to me! Very quiet when it moves too. So take your time with that. No lobby, no breakfast area."

"Sköna sängar och mycket bra frukost. Rent, bra personal. Centralt läge när tågstationen och flygplatsen. Enda negativa var att elen försvann i hotellrummet en av nätterna med störd sömn. Men det berodde troligtvis på andra hotellgäster. "

"Only there for a short stay, 1 night and we arrived very late. Had contacts with the receptionist which was very helpful. When we arrived later than anticipated it wasn’t a problem at all, reception open 24/7 and the late night shift was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately we only stayed for 1 night but from what reception we got I would look forward to stay there again in the future. They were helpful to give us breakfast to go for our next destination. "

Majority NL, France, Germans (not much Italians which must be why there is no real barista coffee machine - only a ”office coffee machine with buttons”) Improvements; Warning for very hard beds. The Honesty bar a bit oversold - it’s just fridges next to reception (that you have to go to and report what you buy) - would have been much nicer to have a proper cafe with service "
