The apartment itself is lovely, comfortable, and well-suited for a family stay. “Nice, clean apartment in an excellent location. After hours check in charges are steep. Internet did not work for 5 of our 7 day stay. Host was non-responsive through WhatsApp, which they had told us to use to communicate problems. Communication of the issue through Expedia was slow and did not resolve the issue. We had expected/needed internet access for work during the trip and were disappointed to have to search for that access off premises.”

The listing photos are misleading: what is shown as a bed is a sofa that you pull out and make up yourself on arrival and whenever you want to sit on the sofa. Al mio rientro (dopo l' intera vacanza a non poter utilizzare la lavatrice ), mi hanno mandato un messaggio con scritto che il tecnico era venuto il giorno dopo il mio reclamo.. peccato che nessuno ci avesse avvisato della riparazione per darci modo di utilizzare l' elettrodomestico.. chissà se è vero Check out molto molto scomodo.
