“Beautiful character property, very in keeping with the gorgeous town it’s situated in. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated how close it is to the town, the little sunny yard, the lovely bedroom in the eaves and how comfortable the beds are. Malmsbury itself is a lovely town with local shops and eateries, and we did a long walk on the Saturday, following a route from a book at the house. Highly recommend ”

“Excellent property and location! Welcoming and exactly what we were looking for!”

“Very relaxed and quiet location. Cottage well appointed.”

“We absolutely loved our stay here in the old Fire Station. It was such a great little place, had everything we needed and we loved the village of Colerne. Highly recommend!”

“This is the most magical place and I couldn’t recommend it enough! Me and my husband came here on our honeymoon and had the best time and loved the place. Perfect location with the kindest locals! I will definitely be returning!!”

“A really lovely little break-beautiful location. Very nice owner and so nice to be near the horses and chickens”

“Our group of friends had the best time here! Big communal spaces, BBQ, incredible hot tub with views across the lake and the perfect location for getting to other activities. We'll be staying again.”

“A great 4 nights away. Lower Mill has everything you want! The property we rented was in Mill Village - a great location for all amenities.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We've stayed here several times now and keep coming back, which says it all really! The house is always spotlessly clean, comfortable and well-equipped, with stunning views over the lake that we never get tired of. It's in a great location within Lower Mill Estate, making it easy to enjoy everything the estate has to offer. One of the biggest draws for us is the fantastic facilities on the estate – the pools, spa, restaurant and beautiful walks around the lakes all make for a really...

“Stunning lodge in the most beautiful setting. This was our third visit to Lower Mill Estate. Coot Lodge is a very spacious 3 bedroom lodge - with double height living accommodation, huge decked area, with bbq. It’s close proximity to the spa and pool made it super easy to walk to. Lots of towels and clean bedding. We were spoilt for board Games. The property is so lovely that we didn’t really want to leave to go anywhere! We would highly recommend and would book to visit again.”

“Location was perfect. Just off the high street so loads of pubs and eateries very nearby. House was a great size for us. 4 good sized bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and open plan living dining and kitchen area. Parking for 3 cars just outside the front door. ”

“The lodge had everything and even more than what we expected. We felt welcomed although we didn't see any of the staff, but I can't fault anything. We will definitely book again. The view, the activities provided, the quiet, were amazing. Thank you Orion Holidays.”

“This is wonderful place to stay. The photos don't do the size of the rooms justice. Very comfortably furnished with thoughtful touches from the host. Thank you particularly for the toys that kept our little ones busy over Christmas. Will keep this place in mind next time we want to stay near the village.”

“This was our 7th year at various properties and areas of the Cotswold Water Park. This was the first time we had two houses so we, the grandparents, had Trout Cottage which was perfect for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only disappointment was the old TV. At the end of the day after an enjoyable day with the family out on the lake, walking and sitting in the evening sun with a drink at the bar, it would have been good to get back to Trout Cottage to 'crash' and enjoy some...

Thank you Margaret for the goodies !!”

“We all had a fantastic time. Kitchen equipment well stocked. Beautiful views over lakes, swimming pool on site was clean & cared for. Lovely walks. Definitely recommend the house. We want to go back.”
