“This property was in the middle of town and very cute. It had everything we needed. Only caution: this is not small kid friendly (very steep stairs and rocks) and not ADA or for older people. But perfect for fit and mobile folks. The price was great value!”

“The cottage is very nice and has all you need for a pleasant stay. In case you need something and/or want some ideas what to do/where to go, Tichy ( Patricia) and Richard are ready to help. But the best thing about this cottage is it's LOCATION : starting from the cottage you can start kicking, cycling and you can visit a lot of little beautifull little towns, castles/mannors, gardens, ... after only a 30 min. drive. Oxford, Blenheim, the birthplace of Shakespeare, ... are within a 60 min....

“Chapel Cottage is a spacious but cozy quaint home that is incredibly convenient to nearby county sites, villages, gardens and museums.Sophia and Hugh were wonderful hosts. We enjoyed several conversations when we just happened to be out in the adjoining gardens at the same time. The cottage kitchen is well stocked for cooking and many DVDs, books, and games are available.We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and would not hesitate to rent Chapel Cottage again.”

“Loved this cottage! Was beautiful and very comfortable plus in a great location! We were able to walk to town and there was a pub next door if needed. Parking space was amazing to have right in front and the welcome basket was such a nice treat! Highly recommend!”

“Lovely property just a short walk into the centre of Bourton on the water, though beware there is a very steep hill to climb when walking back. Very spacious. Lounge and open plan kitchen could do with a bit of an update. Fabulous views across the country side and so many different species of birds to view from the very large window in the lounge. Owners very kindly left binoculars and a bird book. Extremely quiet setting. Stayed Friday to Monday and it was a really lovely break. ”

“This was a fantastic stay. The house is really well equipped with everything needed for a holiday stay whether for a few days or longer. The rooms are all very comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of cooking equipment and a large fridge and freezer. I really appreciate how simply furnished the property was with large windows making it light and airy. The only slight issue was initially getting into the property, but everything was fine once in. “Myself, husband and our two teenagers had a good stay at the cottage. The condition of the place is excellent. All beds were comfortable. Great living room/dining room layout, plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen size perfect, great for preparing meals in, everything you could need. Outside patio very nice for breakfasting in the sunshine!This is our second stay in the property and we'd heartily recommend it.”
