“I was booked twice for same room and the manager refused to cancel or refund the second charge. The hotel NEVER notified me of the mistake until an hour I was checked in. No attempt by manager to fix this. Do not trust this hotel!!!!!”

“Handy hotel near the airport and great value. Staff were excellent , room clean and breakfast including more continental but with a few hot items and waffle maker. They have an airport shuttle as well that we did not use. Would absolutely recommend for the price.”

“Everything was nice clean”

“Overall experience was good. Property was well kept and room was in good shape. 20 mins before I left to check out a ceiling leak randomly started above the office desk. Glad this didn’t happen during my stay, but still concerning. Would stay here again.”

“I booked this hotel because an airport shuttle was listed as an amenity. When I asked about the shuttle for our flight the next day, I was told that there was no shuttle service on the weekends. We had to figure it out on our own. Why list it as an amenity and then refuse to offer the service? ”
