“This was terrible! I booked the banana suite. When I checked in all good went to my room and it wasn’t the suite I booked. There was hair on the floor and not clean, I asked why they put me the room. They why I booked wasn’t available. I brought food and drinks to heat up and cook. Had the food spoil, when asked why didn’t notify she said that was Expedia they had to. I asked to speak to the manager nothing. Overall even I had gotten the suit the hotel looked ran down noisy and not clean. ”

Couldn’t be because she checked me in. She wouldn’t wanna give me a key after I showed her the receipt I got from Expedia....

“Lovely hotel. The architecture is very pretty and sitting in the lounge gives you a very luxurious feeling. The staff is very friendly, especially the staff in the restaurant. Speaking of the restaurant. The food is great. We had dinner here and the beyond burger is to die for. The lack of a breakfast buffet felt strange, until we had breakfast. Best breakfast ever. And the server was so very nice to us. Clean rooms, nice service, beautiful outdoor seating on the padio. You can't go wrong...

“Pool was not available. When booking you should provide information on the website of any "maintenance closures" so that prior arrangements can be made. Specially during spring break when families are traveling for a fun weekend getaway. Even though your sister property was available for use, I did not want to leave the hotel to go swimming. It's an inconvenience. Also, you all did not provide a refund or credit for amenities being that your pool was not in service. Your elevators, only one was...

“The hot tub was so gross. The pool was closed and most of the machines at the gym were broken. The showers were cold too. Worst stay I've ever been to. The breakfast was lacking as well. ”
