Carpet was ripped up in multiple places, a lot of visibly peeling paint, areas where holes in the walls had been patched but not painted over, and the caulk in the showers needs redone and was starting to mildew. The building drastically needs a face lift. Beds were comfortable but pillows small and flat I needed 3.”

“We reserved a handicap room. I asked again when I checked in and she said it was. There were no handrails in the bathroom. We checked in late and were exhausted so we just stayed in that room. Thank goodness my wife did not fall down.”

“Lovely hotel. The architecture is very pretty and sitting in the lounge gives you a very luxurious feeling. The staff is very friendly, especially the staff in the restaurant. Speaking of the restaurant. The food is great. We had dinner here and the beyond burger is to die for. The lack of a breakfast buffet felt strange, until we had breakfast. Best breakfast ever.
