“Im April 2024 verbrachten wir eine wunderschöne Auszeit in diesem gepflegten Haus. Wir fanden alles so vor, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die erste Fahrt hoch zum Haus ist schon sehr abenteuerlich, da die Straßen und Wege sehr eng sind... man wird aber mit einem traumhaften Blick auf Lucca und die umliegenden Hügel belohnt. Und spätestens nach der 3. Autofahrt hat man sich an die Anfahrt gewöhnt. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld lief problemlos. Massimo ist ein sehr herzlicher, dennoch dezenter...

“Otroligt vackert ställe, fantastisk utsikt, vi saknade ingenting. Firade min 60årsdag med att bo på Costola i 5 dagar med 18 vänner, bästa roligaste kalaset. Första dagen bokade vi pizza, gott, generöst och prisvänligt. Vi gjorde övriga måltider själva. Vi var ensamma och hade hela fastigheten för oss själva. Vill dit igen !!!”

“We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully appointed and comfortable house that easily accommodated the six of us. Paulo (the owner) could not have been more helpful and welcoming. The local town is a short ten minute walk through the woods where there are options for eating, drinking and shopping. We had an electric car (EV) and were pleased to find charging options within walking distance. Thanks to Paulo and family for facilitating such a lovely two week stay.”

“Overall, the accommodation is very well equipped. For example, the kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired, even for ambitious cooking activities (e.g. the large 5-burner gas stove). This is not a house "just made up for a few summer guests" but a fully furnished permanent residence. The friendly landlady takes care of her guests in advance and is always easily accessible during the stay (if neccessary). The owner is a decorator and his home is like a showroom for his talent and taste. We even visited his design shop where we loved things everywhere we looked. He( Giovanni) is very nice and even brought us breakfast one morning! To talk about our magical stay I must talk about the manager, Martina! From her beautiful welcoming smile to her unbelievable...

“We had such a wonderful stay at Borgo i Mulinetti. Travelling with my extended family and we could all get a house of our own. Perfekt! The view over the valley was amazing. The beds were really good and comfy. We enjoyed the pool every day:) Our children loved to watch all the small lizards running around! Sure, it was a bit of a ride up to the house, but it was so worth it! We did our shopping in at the big supermarket 30 min away. There's a small path in the woods to a nearby village. Or you...

“Propriété située au calme avec une très belle vue, proche également de Lucca et d’un supermarché. Cependant, la maison comporte très peu d’équipement pour la cuisine …pas de batteur par exemple. Et aucun ingrédient de base : sel, poivre, huile d’olive… les chambres sont de qualité très différentes, le confort de la dernière laissant à désirer, la maison est plus adéquate pour 6 personnes qu’un nombre plus élevé. Très beau jardin fleuri et bien entretenu, et piscine superbe.”

“Ett fint hus med jättefin utsikt, en fin pool nära den mysiga staden Barga. Ägarna var väldigt vänliga och hjälpte oss med både restaurangbokningar och tips. De hade även handlat diverse basvaror till frukost och lunch vilket vi uppskattade mycket. Även om ägarna bodde precis bredvid så upplevdes bostaden som väldigt privat. I Barga som nås med bil inom minuter fanns flera bra restauranger och en fantastisk glassbar. Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta boende.”

“Supernice villa, everything is perfect”

“Als je net als wij niet houdt van drukte en veel mensen om je heen is dit een perfect plekje. Je hebt wijd en zijd geen buren. Luca, de eigenaar, appt je netjes als hij iets op het perceel zou moeten doen. Bij ons was dat een keertje het zwembad schoonmaken. Niet meer. Het weggetje omhoog en omlaag is keer op keer een avontuur! Let daar wel op als je dit huisje boekt. Een bekraste spiegel en een afgeschraapte onderkant van mijn auto is het resultaat.
