The Pearly Pelican is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in the centrally located subdivision of Holiday Beach. You are moments away from the beach, and the deck has room for everyone to enjoy the salty Gulf breezes. You'll appreciate the gated deck - safe for your kids and pets - as well as the lounge chairs and outdoor dining set.
The great room is bright and charmingly furnished. Relax, watch the smart TV, and utilize the complimentary high speed internet for your streaming pleasure. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs, and coffee drinkers will appreciate having both a Keurig and a regular drip coffee maker. For your convenience, there is also a washer and dryer on site.
With 1600 square feet, Pearly Pelican comfortably sleeps 12. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a beautiful ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two also has a king bed; while the third bedroom has two sets of full over full bunk beds - great for the kids! All bedrooms offer smart TVs as well.
On the ground level you'll find plenty of room for entertaining in the shade, with a tiki bar (with seating), built in picnic table, and charcoal grill. There's also an outdoor shower for washing away the beach before you enjoy the home. The oversized Adirondack chair is perfect for fun pictures! Pearly Pelican is a great place to make lasting beach memories!
Small dogs (30 lbs and under) are allowed with a fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age. The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
