Southport offers beach living with views of the Southern Ocean. This 3 bedroom room is a delight and provides the ideal retreat for your visit. It is pet friendly with plenty of parking and only a short 2 min drive to the centre of Port Fairy.

Park on the wide front grassy area and head onto the front decking. Enter into the open plan kitchen and dining room, with a relaxed and uncluttered feel Southport offers all the modern conveniences you would expect. There is a large timber central island bench giving you plenty of prep space for your stay as well as dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and oven. The dining room has seating for 6 and off this area you will find the first bedroom. A spacious and elegant double room with views over the front garden area and front decking.

Through the kitchen you head towards the back laundry with washing machine for your use during your stay. There is a built in line outside for drying. This is the main bathroom with walk in shower and a separate toilet in the laundry next door.

The second bedroom with Queen is also on the ground floor, spacious with views over the back garden and large windows letting in beautiful natural light. Head upstairs to the final bedroom which also contains a Queen and has views over the front garden.

The upstairs living space takes full advantage of its sea views with large floor to ceiling windows. Relax in the comfortable living space and enjoy a glass of wine and good conversation with friends and family. Or sit outside on the decking, listen to the wild ocean waves as you take time out of the bustle of life to enjoy a slower pace. You will also find a small front deck here with views over the street, sheltered from the ocean winds enjoy a morning cup of coffee and the paper as the world wakes up.
