“Property owners were very hand off, dismissive, and non apologetic with issues. Havjng us refer to onsite managers for suppoer. Owners had our key time out one day early, leaving us unable to get into the room. Were slow to respond, and did not try and problem solve.”

“Some of the equipment such as the BBQ and patio area could have been cleaned a little better. Location was fantastic we could hear the waves from the yard. Property managers were very nice to communicate with. Overall a decent place to stay. ”

It's also really conveniently located right on the strip but it's not too noisy which is great! The property manager is very helpful and responsive which we appreciated. The cottage was wonderful and we would absolutely come back. This trip was the perfect way to start our marriage and we enjoyed every moment of it. ”

“Had a great stay at this property in Grand Bend. It is conveniently located at the top of the main drag facing the river. Home is clean, modern and recently renovated. Many amenities that I wouldn’t expect such as coffee, tea, condiments and firewood. Only downside is that the owner rents dock space on the river to the parasail boats so the crew wanders through the property mid morning and just after dusk. It was just a little weird and unexpected. Overall. Great place and great location!”
