“We had the best time. We were able to easily launch our boat from the boat launch in the neighborhood and get into the bay, reefs, shallows quickly. Great location. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and the barn decorations were adorable and a great place to hang out with family and friends. The view of the bay from the deck was perfect. We had a great time!”

“This house worked out great for our family weekend trip with kids and grandkids. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and lots of room for the kids to run around outside. The back deck and pond were a nice bonus. The kitchen and bathrooms are well-stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is also convenient to the boat ramps and beach. It couldn’t have worked out better for us!”

“We travel a lot and stay in many different places. This was by far one of the best. We felt very much at home. The home was not just beautiful but warm and welcoming. Our kids ages 29, 23, 17 & 11 all loved this trip but said over and over that out of everywhere we have ever stayed they liked this the best because it felt like home. This will be our pick to stay in every time we visit Victoria from now on.”

“This was a perfect setup for our party of 3 different couples. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and gather as we needed. The inside was unexpectedly new and modern. I had asked for an early checkin but the owner said the cleaners would not have enough time and I'm so glad we waited. The place was spotlessly cleaned when we checked in. We will definitely recommend and stay here again.”

“The property has so much potential! Clean but could have been cleaner and some things should have been organized or hidden. Location was great, close to everything. The property does sit behind a boat yard that is an eyesore. Overall this house did it’s purpose and we had a great time!”

“So much I could say but gonna try to keep it short. This was a great place inside & out. Loved the screened in porch & the outdoor patio area. Also the private beach area, fishing off the pier, watching the dolphins swim, meeting the cat Molly & her friends, watching the sunset. We were able to grill & chill. A nice place to relax w/our adult kids playing cornhole, eating, drinking & just breathing it all in. Linda our host was AWESOME!! I'd highly recommend this place!!”
