  • Welcome to your holiday home. This single family 3 bedroom 3 bath home is located on a deep water canal and is a couple minute paddle away ( kayaks are provided for your stay) from the beautiful crystal clear Weeki Wachee river. Our home is an open floor plan and features, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, wifi, with all you could need for comfortable vacation. Master bedroom has a king size bed with private full bathroom, second bedroom has a queen size bed, and third bedroom is located downstairs with separate entrance and private bathroom. This wonderful home would be a great fit for a family or a couples vacation, with plenty of ways to enjoy nature this unit is a second story private home. discounts are provided for week and month long stays please message for fall discounted rates.

Best River Stay EVER

Great Location

This property had everything we needed for a relaxing stay on the Weeki Wachee. I'm a chef and the kitchen didn't disappoint. We even made friends with some of the neighbors and had a cookout with them!

Convenient location!

My family had a great time staying here. It was perfect for launching our paddle boards and heading out to the spring. We saw manatees hanging out by the dock both days. House was very clean and had everything we needed including fun family games for the evening.

Great location!

Location on weeki wachee canal was amazing! We loved kayaking and saw manatees fish and birds every day. Nicely furnished well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Highly recommend. We will be back next year!

Perfect getaway

We love paddling Weeki Wachee and this home made it even better. We put in and the head spring and paddled to the backyard. We brought on our boats but the boats Tabitha had available would had worked perfectly. Thank you! We will be back.

Weeki Wachee weekend

the house is conveniently located on the river. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs one with a king and the other a queen. Each room has its designated bathroom. Both have full showers. The kitchen is roomy, full fridge, stove top, oven and microwave. The living space has a fireplace and a large flat screen tv. The backyard has 2 screened in patios, one upstairs and one downstairs. Outside there is 6 kayaks available to use, with paddles and life vests. There is a floating dock that makes it super easy to get on and off kayaks. I have stayed at this location before and was super excited to revisit, however my stay wasn’t as up to par as my previous. A few comments below: Access to the property was never shared with me. I was told I would receive an email from Vrbo 48 hours before the rental start with codes to get into the house. Day of rental start, I contacted owner through the Vrbo app asking for access none was provided. We were lucky, the sliding glass door was left open. However this posed a security threat cause we were never able to fully lock the house when we left, we had to leave all valuables in our cars. My paid reservation should of included access to the bottom unit, I even inquired about it prior to renting, but since I never received a code to get in, we were unable to use that floor. One of my friends spent the weekend on the floor with whatever linens we could find and extra pillows, because he had no bed to sleep on.

Paddling and relaxing

The property is very clean and nicely decorated. Beds are confortable. Very well equipped, the kitchen has everything we needed. The kayaking experience is amazing. The stay was pleasant, relax and adventure on kayaks. 5 Stars!!!

Dock Holiday is a relaxing place to stay and the neighborhood was very hospitable. The TV situation left something to be desired and if I was the owner, I would be looking for a new cleaning crew.

Perfect Location/ Great Rental

This property is in a great location with an easy paddle to hospital hole to see the manatees or short walk to the Upper Deck restaurant for exceptional food and drinks. The house was clean, ready when promised and easily accessible using a digital keypad. I would highly recommend staying at the Dock Holiday house anytime you visit Weeki Watchee.
