Scallop Republic is home to the largest draft beer selection on the Cape and live music nearly every night of the week. Smokehouse BBQ is the newest restaurant featuring the best BBQ on the Florida panhandle. Up the road, you'll find Weber's Donuts (get there early!), St. Joe's Shrimp Company (best shrimp around), Peachy's Beach Eats (delicious tacos), Cape Coffee and Ice Cream, Scully's Low Country Boil, Long Bill's (check out the fresh catch and pizzas), and Cone Heads (try the po' boys). Two groceries stores, Cape Trading Post and Scallop Cove General Store, offer a variety of essentials for cooking and grilling. T.H. Stone Memorial St. Joseph Peninsula State Park is at the end of the Cape, offering hiking trails and bird watching. Up at Indian Pass, the Indian Pass Raw Bar has some of the freshest seafood in the area.
