Also on this main level is a large Bayfront master king bedroom and private bath, a 2nd Bayfront bedroom with a king bed and bath and 3rd bedroom with a queen bed with bath. The ground level has a children's quarters with a twin bunk bed set, a queen sofa sleeper and a private bath. The home features a whirlpool tub, washer/dryer, outside enclosed shower, wrap around decking, PRIVATE POOL with, plenty of boat parking, private boat dock on the bay with power, the list goes on and on. You have Beach/Gulf access located across Cape San Blas Road for your convenience.

This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish and bath soap.

Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a canceled reservation. In the event the property does not re-rent for the same time period and at the same rate, all monies paid to Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals, Inc. will be forfeited.
