If you're planning to stay in Mexico Beach, Pelican Roost A is an excellent vacation rental option. This beachfront condo has two bedrooms and can sleep up to six people comfortably. The condo boasts unbelievable views of the Gulf of Mexico from one end of Mexico Beach to the other, making it a perfect spot to take in the stunning sunsets.

The condo is well-appointed with modern amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer and high-speed internet. The living room has comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, making it a perfect spot for family movie nights. The bedrooms are spacious and cozy, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay for all guests. It is an end-unit condo on the first floor, so there are exterior stairs that are necessary to climb to gain access. Pelican Roost A is also conveniently located within walking distance to Mango Marley's, a popular restaurant that serves delicious seafood and other local cuisine. Overall, Pelican Roost A is an ideal vacation rental home for families or groups who want to enjoy the beauty and charm of Mexico Beach.

If you need more space, Pelican Roost E is a four-bedroom condo on the top floor of the building and can accommodate a group of 10.

Outstanding condo

The property was immaculate. Very clean and well organized and prepared. Check in and out was a breeze. Plenty of parking space. Right on the beach and Mango Marley’s was right across the street. We had a wonderful trip!

Beautiful white sand beaches

The property we stayed in met all of our expectations. The view from the property is looking directly out to the beach and ocean. The sunsets are magical with bright red and purple skies. The inside of the property is first rate. All upscale utensils in the kitchen. The furniture is very comfortable. I am planning a visit for next year!!!

Spring break getaway!

We fell in love with Mexico Beach. This unit was perfect for our stay! We want to come back again in the summer. I didn’t want to leave! The unit was decorated adorably and had everything we needed. We loved walking to dinner. The views were amazing. My only suggestion is it would have been helpful to have a hose with the spicket to rinse off sand. My husband is 6’4 and it made for a challenge- we got creative with the girls beach toy buckets. :)
