This pet-friendly property provides access to 2 community pools, tennis courts, a clubhouse, and more. With more than 2,000 square feet of living space, guests will love the second-floor deck and the short walk to the nearest beach access.

A charming front porch with a cozy sitting area welcomes guests to this stunning 2-story property. The first floor is the perfect place to gather for a family movie night, with an oversized sectional couch facing a large TV. An adjacent wet bar offers convenience with a mini refrigerator and sink, and a door off the side of the house leads to a small deck with a private outdoor shower to rinse off sandy feet and clothing.

On the second floor, a well-lit great room offers ample space to unwind and relax. The primary living area features comfortable couches and armchairs surrounding a large TV, making it ideal for hanging out with friends and family. *No Boats or trailers are allowed in the community per HOA rules.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

*Bring your boat on vacation! There are 8 anchor buoys in the basin (Bay Side) that guests can tie their boats to, and leave them overnight. Please be sure to anchor the back of the boat with your own anchor to ensure it's stable. The trailer will still need to be put in the parking area outside of the gate. The buoys are first come first serve. Please note that High tide water is 3 to 4ft – Low tide 1 to 2 ft.
