Summer Vacation with Friends

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The host was perfect and had all the amenities we could ask for to spend hours at the beach, pool, or just hanging out at the house. We would all come back and I highly recommend!

This property was outstanding. The home is just lovely. It is spotless and so tastefully decorated with neutral coastal colors. The Host provided everything here you could possibly want or need. Windmark is a great place to stay and we enjoyed the golf cart daily to get the the Village and the Beach. I would highly recommend staying again and again.

The house was spotless and located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beach accessories were awesome, and there were plenty of extras for activities — which was perfect since we flew in. The owners were very responsive and made everything easy. Such a comfortable, stress-free stay — we’d definitely come back!

Beautiful beach stay. We were extremely comfortable on our vacation. The owner thought of everything! You don’t need to pack a thing besides your swimsuit! I highly recommend this property!

We thought it would be nice to try something different for Thanksgiving, so we decided to stay here. The home is beautiful, and the amenities added a lot of treasured memories. We were a little concerned when we discovered the golf cart had a flat tire, but the owners found us a cart, at their expense, on Thanksgiving Day to use while we were there. We are already thinking of when we can come back and rent the same place.

The house was absolutely immaculate! Decor and set up was beautiful. More amenities than you'll ever need. We had a fantastic week. Chelsea was wonderful to work with and super responsive.

Had a great stay in Port St Joe. The house was top notch. Very clean and well decorated. There were tons of little extras that made the beach more enjoyable like beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. The owner was very easy to communicate with and we would most definitely stay again! Loved it!!

This house was beautifully designed with nice size bedrooms, a bunk room for the kids, and plenty of seating for larger families. Several kid friendly activities like darts, and basketball. Beach equipment was also provided which was a nice bonus!

Awesome House! Had everything we needed and more.

We had a blast in Port St Joe. This house is situated close to the beach and just a few miles from town. It’s a golf cart ride away from restaurants and the best candy shop this side of the Mississippi. Great ocean views with clean sand and we enjoyed the fires on the beach. 10/10 rating for the host, Chelsea, who was attentive to our questions. Would stay here again.

Great property. Everything we needed for the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and a 6 seat golf cart to get there and back. My son forgot his suitcase and we were called by the owner so we could return and retrieve it. I appreciated that type of service.

This house was wonderful and Chelsea was available when needed! Great timely communication. I wish I would have read the description better on the house, there was so many things we wouldn’t have had to pack. There was beach chairs, umbrellas, a small backpack cooler, paddle boards, sand toys, mega jenga, cornhole boards, basketball game, bikes for adults, scooters for the little kids, a small bike for the kids. Our family was pleased with the stay there. 10/10 best place we have rented for a family vacation!

We had such a wonderful stay at this home in Port St. Joe! From the moment we arrived, it was clear Chelsea is an amazing host—her communication was prompt, clear, and genuinely helpful, making every detail of our trip effortless.Inside, the décor is warm and inviting, and the quality of the furnishings and housewares far exceeded our expectations—it truly felt like a home away from home. The golf cart was a game‑changer, whisking us (and all our gear) to and from the beach in minutes.Our young adults especially loved the stash of board games and cards tucked in the TV cabinet; nightly card games quickly became a cherished tradition.This home strikes the perfect balance of comfort, style, and functionality. We’d recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well‑appointed spot to enjoy the beauty of the beach. Five stars all around—can’t wait to return!

Beautiful Home

This home was beautiful! It was so clean! Loved the decor! It was stocked with everything you could need and want! I loved that there were plenty of towels and washcloth's. There were beach towels available, which helped save space in our luggage! The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware. We have young kids and the house had everything you could need with littles! We loved the golf cart and all the chairs and umbrellas available to use! The host, Chelsea, was so nice and quick to respond! We had a wonderful stay!

This property was pristine!! So clean I had no worries letting my baby crawl around the floor. The house is just as beautiful in person as it is in the listing. The space is cozy yet big enough our large family could spread out. There was everything you could imagine needing already there. Spices, dish detergent, hand soap, more towels, hand towels and wash clothes than I could count, beach towels, beach toys, bikes, toys for the kids to play with both indoor and out literally everything. The kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed to cook and we cooked all our meals except 2 for the whole week. I could go on and on about how wonderful this house was . Also when we ran into a little snag the owner was easy to get a hold of and she quickly sent someone over to resolve the issue. It was truly a wonderful experience and a relaxing vacation.

Our stay was fantastic! This home is beautifully appointed and had everything we could need! The beds were so comfortable that I had to message Chelsea to ask where she bought the mattresses! The golf cart was a great perk and allowed us the freedom to go from the beach to the pool(s) and back! There were several houses being constructed in the neighborhood, but the noise wasn’t bad at all! In fact, we really didn’t even notice. If you have little kids, you’ll find everything you need- even a high chair! Chelsea was super responsive and so friendly! 10/10 for sure!!!! On Tuesday, we were the only ones on the beach for about 2 hours! We didn’t have to wait long for restaurants - even in downtown Port St. Joe! We hope to come back to Port St. Joe and we would love to stay here again! It was a great, relaxing vacation!

Chelsea was very welcoming and wanted to make sure that we had the best time. When I contacted her about a few issues that were definitely our fault, she was very understanding. The home was spotless. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels! There were many nice amenities… we especially liked the golf cart to get to the beach. If we ever get back to Port St Joe, I will definitely look to stay here again.
