Cape Casa--Beautiful 2BR Dog-friendly in Barrier Dunes, 200 steps to Beach

Cape Casa is a beautiful, updated townhome (end unit), with tasteful touches throughout the home. It is only 200 steps to the beach, and loaded with amenities to make the trip as easy as possible. We provide beach chairs, a beach cart, beach toys, a cooler, and nets for your time at the beach.
In addition to this, you will receive a credit toward the rental of beach gear. You can have bikes, kayaks, umbrellas, and other goodies delivered directly to Cape Casa to help you enjoy your stay.

The house features a deck overlooking the lake, with opportunities to feed the friendly turtles. You will find a propane grill, fully-equipped kitchen, Smart TV's, and high-speed Internet.

It is a very comfortable home in a comfortable community.

The gated community, Barrier Dunes, features two community pools and two pickleball courts.
It is also located just outside St. Joseph Peninsula State Park.

Entire townhome has been updated. Home was very clean and well stocked. Manager and Team VERY responsive to questions and needs. No need too insignificant in their view. Couldn't figure out fan and remote controls. Promptly came to home to ensure batteries working and ensure we knew how to operate. Thank you again Devi and Stacy. Most management companies would have not been as responsive to such a minute concern. Have been going to Cape for (8) years and reluctant to stay at Barrier Dunes due to density of homes. We were pleasantly surprised! Super nice neighborhood. Grounds were immaculate! Such great services and amenities. Lots to do, plenty of beach, never felt overcrowded, even though high vacation fall break time. Will definitely stay in this location again. Thanks to owner, Cape Escape and Team for a great fall getaway.

Cutest condo on the beach

I really appreciated the beautifully decorated condo and especially the cleanliness of the place. We have stayed in a few different condos at barrier dunes and this was by far the best! Would love one additional comfy chair or seating option in the living room though. Definitely didn't detract from our wonderful stay !

Beauty in Barrier Dunes

We absolutely loved the property and were beyond excited about our vacation. Sadly, Hurricane Helene had other plans, and we had a mandatory evacuation. Devi was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. We can't wait to rebook and are thankful CSB was minimally impacted. Many thanks, and we will be back soon.

A Fabulous Trip

We had a wonderful vacation in CSB. The condo was nicely decorated and recently updated. It was a quick walk to the beach and pool. The beds and pillows were super comfortable! My only complaint is that the kitchen didn’t have much in the way of serving spoons, or other various items you expect to find in a kitchen.

Heaven-the Barrier Dunes community is very much like a neighborhood-quiet, peaceful,accomadating

One of the nicer condos in Barrier Dunes-enjoyed the turtles, the birds in the pond Brach just a block away and pools in both directions

Short Get Away

We chose this property for its location. Close to the beach and the state park. The property was clean and well equipped for our short stay. It was quiet and relaxing. A very short walk to the either of the 2 pools and the beach.

Wonderful!

Absolutely gorgeous! If you havent been to the Cape, your wrong!

Pictures simply do not do this property justice. It was pristene! check in was perfect. Location was only a short walk to the beach. We loved having all the beach gear provided as that takes up a large portion of our packing space. I cant imagine booking anywhere else after taking this trip. Will check availability here before booking anywhere else in the future.

Perfect for my family

Everything was really clean, well stocked, and very close to the beach. It was nice having our own outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. Our kids loved seeing the turtles in the pond right behind the house. It was perfect for our family.
