There are numerous boardwalks to beach access throughout the community and a fitness center (fees apply) R & R Outfitters can deliver Kayaks, Paddle Boards, Inflatable Couches and Floats to the Beach. Ride the Golf Cart to Village Center Restaurants which include Bruno’s Pizza, The View on Old 98 and The Mill Mercantile. Additionally, the pristine Windmark Beach Community is located just 4 miles away from all the shops and restaurants in Downtown Port St. Joe, FL.

This single family home offers coastal luxury with 4 spacious bedrooms. 2 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, front and back porches, bar in garage. Flooring consists of LVP throughout, quartz countertops, stainless appliances, luxury linens and pillows. Smart TVs are in the living room, bedrooms and the garage bar.

The luxury master suite offers a comfortable king bed, flat-screen Smart television and ceiling fan. The bathroom is ensuite complete with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, large walk-in closet, and private water room.

Two additional bedrooms both have queen beds. A 4th bedroom which is outfitted with 2 twin beds. All guest rooms have comfortable bedding, great natural light and closet access with luggage racks. The shared bath is pristine with a shower/tub combination. Private laundry is available with a starter supply of detergent.

The large community pool offers a zero-entry splash pad, plenty of lounge chairs and a playground. There are several beach access points with 4 miles of boardwalks; perfect for exercise such as walking, biking, running, and even nature photography or you can visit the city center. We do provide a 6 person golf cart and beach wagon cart to transport all of your beach essentials. An outdoor shower is provided for your convenience when arriving back from your activities. Parking is available onsite but be mindful, boats, trailers, and RVs are not allowed. We highly recommend going to The View on 98 in the city center to cook your catch or have a sunset cocktail overlooking the ocean. Windmark Beach has all the amenities to provide a memorable vacation.
