This 4000 sq ft home is gulf front with a private beach for your use (no public access for miles in either direction, so it is quiet and serene). Walk straight onto the sand from the back porch and the pool deck. Dolphin sightings are commonplace here, along with an abundance of many species of local ocean wildlife. Expansive decks on all 3 floors look out over the water.

Our home is located in the quintessential sleepy beach town of Port St Joe, right between Mexico beach and Cape San Blas. The quaint "Downtown" Port St Joe, as well as the new WindMark Square is host to several wonderful restaurants and shops.

The bay in PSJ is well known amongst "scalloping" enthusiasts (or novices) during season in September and October, making for a fun new activity.
The calm waters here at the Gulf and mouth of the Bay are perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing!

Layout: The first floor has three bedrooms. Two of those have a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The third room has a king size bed and a twin over full bunk, also with an en-suite bathroom. The laundry room is also on this level.

The second floor includes the huge, open floor plan living area with fully stocked kitchen, dining and living room, and a half bathroom. The kitchen features quartz countertops, island, extra large pantry, stand alone ice maker and all necessary supplies for catering to your group (keurig, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, glassware, etc). An expansive deck with plenty outdoor seating is perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset.

The third floor is the oversized master suite. It has a king size bed, a full over full bunk, a living room space with a pull out sofa, a kitchenette , and a desk.

We have a crib and high chair available for your use, as well as six beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and plenty beach toys for the kids.

The home has an elevator for convenience (please make sure to carefully read elevator rules and instructions included in the welcome letter after you book)

The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $40 per day (This covers our gas cost to heat the pool).

Linens and bath towels are provided during your stay. We do not provide beach towels.


Please Note: Minimum age to book and stay at this property is 25. Families with kids are welcome. No student groups, events, or other parties are allowed on the premises.

We require our standard rental agreement to be signed online by each group. The rental agreement is sent via DocuSign approximately 1 month before your arrival.

Please Note: All credit card payments incur an additional 3% merchant processing fee. There are no fees for check or Venmo payments. If you prefer to pay via check or Venmo, please contact us after your booking.

Security Deposit: Please note that we charge an additional $500.00 fully refundable damage deposit for each reservation. The security deposit is refunded back 1-3 days after your stay as long as there are no damages to the property.
