The Space:
Secluded Sunrise is a cozy yet spacious retreat designed for relaxation and family enjoyment. The main living level features two bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and a screened porch where you can sip your morning coffee while taking in the serene bay views. The second bedroom has a comfortable full-size bed and easy access to the living area. Upstairs, a third bedroom with a day bed and a full-size bed offers another fantastic porch, perfect for watching the waves of the Gulf.

Amazing Views and home

The home and views are great. Property sits next to the state park. "Beach access" is a short walk but felt a little long when pulling a wagon and all the beach stuff. The last two days someone kept closing the beach access gate and we were not provided with an access code by VRBO or property management. I did call Kyle but didn't receive a response back regarding that matter. I spoke with Kyle on day 1 and he was responsive and helped me figure out the trick of locking and securing the doors. Kyle was very nice. Overall, great home and great location! My only suggestions are to provide gate code for beach and share the unique door locking method through email.

Secluded Sunsets

If you disregard the first day of our stay: no lockbox code provided to access keys/entry to property, no keypad code to access entry gate to beach, no wifi password provided, toilet leaking water all over bathroom floor and a lacerated foot due to shards of glass left on kitchen floor ... Kyle (host) did provide the necessary access codes for entry and beach access (and wifi password), but by then a good chunk of the evening was wasted and we essentially missed a beautiful sunset on the beach. Kyle did stop to check on us the following day and schedule a plumber to fix the leaking issue. Overall, we did enjoy our time at Secluded Sunsets. The house is a bit outdated but charming with two screened in porch areas and a covered "crow's nest" balcony offering beautiful views of the gulf and bay. The landscaping is nicely done with a handy solar-light lit trail connected to an adjacent road that leads to the beach access boardwalk. The property is about as secluded as one can get on the Cape, which is a positive in our opinion, surrounded by a march/pine grove on the gulf side and T.H. Stone Peninsula State Park towards the bay side. Cape San Blas and the adjoining state park are magical places we'll keep coming back to visit!
