The main level features an open-concept living area with a comfortable sectional, fully stocked gourmet kitchen, and dining for eight plus bar seating. Step outside to the large screened porch for coffee or evening meals.

Dual TVs (stacked viewing setup) — the lower TV is easily accessible for gaming systems (Nintendo Switch, Xbox, etc.), while the upper TV creates a fun dual-screen viewing experience for movies, shows, or group hangouts

Upstairs includes two king master suites with private balconies and en suite baths, plus a queen guest room with a full hall bath. Gulf views can be enjoyed from the porches, and beach access is just minutes away. The community also features a Gulf-front pool nearby.
