Luxurious, 2 story condo
Beautifully decorated luxury condo. Loved the handwoven carpets and the super-soft towels. Everything was the highest quality, and Saabi's communication was clear and promt. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Safe and convenient location for convention-goers
This property was a great choice for our group which was attending events at the convention center. Light rail is on the same block so an easy 20 minute journey back and forth from the convention center. A bit noisy as a result, but nothing too loud. Host was also very accommodating, some of the members of my group were arriving earlier than others so we were able to check in early.

Concert trip
Our stay was fantastic! Easy and smooth check in, check out process. The place was big enough for 3 moms with teenage and adult kids, very comfortable. Our time was spent shopping and enjoying the city of Portland. Very good location for transportation on the public transport. Host and hostess gave a list of to do's and were very imformative. Our only wishes were that we had more time!! Thank you for our safe home away from home. Julie

Great location
We are here for a family wedding. This place is on a street car line which made it convenient (and slightly loud-ear plugs are available, nice touch). The townhouse is perfect for a family. Nice decks, well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and big enough common spaces for all of us.

A very nice stay!
This property was very clean and access to everything (in the house) was very easy - with thoughtful notes/directions around the house. I really liked the 2 outdoor sitting areas (one on the 1st floor and a second large one on the 2nd). This was my 1st time to Portland and there is definitely a homeless problem in this town but we did not have any issues. The light rail is right across the street from the house which was nice, but we chose to use Uber as the trips went much faster. Thanks to our host who was very thoughtful and responded to any questions I had super quick :-)

Even better than expected- a true gem
This place was deceptively large and so accommodating. We were so pleasantly surprised with the comfort, amenities, and spaciousness of the house. Definitely keeping this one in mind for the future!

Very comfortable
We had an excellent stay at the house. It's hard to find a 4-bedroom rental in Portland and this location was perfect. The owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. The house was exactly what we expected. We did find it a little difficult to get up over the curb to the parking spot. There is no driveway cut for the parking spot, which is right in front of the house. But we had an overall very positive experience.

Beautiful place in a great location
The home was wonderful and had lots of space to celebrate Christmas with family. The kitchen was large and easy to have 3 or 4 in, to cook. It was great and the hosts were very responsive and friendly. The location was near everything and lots of places to shop and eat nearby. I highly recommend you rent this home for your stay in Portland.

Great location in the heart of Portland!
This roomy and well-appointed condo in the middle of Portland was the perfect location for my colleagues and I. We attended a conference in a hotel downtown that we could easily walk to from the condo, and found there to be many close by restaurants, bars, and shops.

Great location and cute home
Loved the feel and style of the home. It was so organized and had books and toys for our kids (2, 4, and 6yo). Location is great and loved that there was a parking spot for us in front of the home. The owner was very responsive and went above and beyond when we messaged before our stay.

We mixed it all into one trip! The location, the setup, the communication-all hidden gems in this city we love. Brought the whole family(8) and had some other members stop by as we started another adventure for the day. Extremely accommodating for all purposes, even our lazy days. Lovely Weekend in Portland

Great property and hosts
The property is well maintained and in a great location. We are on the main rail lines and only a 20 minute walk to the Pearl district and old town. Our host communicated with us were accommodating. We couldn't have ask for better.

Excellent large home for a clean, comfortable stay
The property is well-maintained, clean and sizable! Beds are comfortable and there are many updates and upgrades to an old structure. The neighborhood is noisy (but thanks to the owner for providing ear plugs, a thoughtful and much appreciated gesture). However, it is easily accessible, close to downtown, and with a light rail line across the street, you can get anywhere you want in minutes. Thanks for a great stay.

Great spot in downtown Portland
This was a great property to stay in. The place is huge! Location was great. It was an easy drive to everywhere we wanted to go and it would be walkable for most. We had a guest with back issues so walking wasn’t an option for us. There is a good truck court nearby and a great Chinese restaurant in walking distance. The property was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. There are other renters to the side and below but we didn’t hear any noise from the neighbors. There was a great outdoor area but it was pouring rain the entire weekend so we were not able to enjoy it. The front upstairs bedroom does get a decent amount of road noise but the host provides ear plugs that work really well. The only downside with the property is that the provided parking spot is very small. We had a larger car and couldn’t park in the space without blocking their tenant so we called the property owner who was very helpful and told us of a close parking garage just around the corner. The pay parking wasn’t bad ($13 a night). If you have a small car, you likely won’t experience that issue. I would definitely stay at this property again.

The house was in a great location with Max right in front (making getting around easy).
I didn’t realize there was no parking on site, there was parking close, it was just an added expense we weren’t prepared for. I may have missed this in the description of the property.

Clean and convenient location
This was a great house that was very clean, provided space for everyone, and was conveniently located to food/drink and public transportation. We didn't have to drive once we arrived which meant no traffic or parking worries. Saadi was very timely in communicating with us and answering any questions we had about the check-in process and parking. The front bedroom did have some street noise, but any urban setting would have that including fancy hotels. As with all the thoughtful amenities of this home, there were also ear plugs for the light sleeper. This really felt like a home away in beautiful downtown Portland!

A great Portland stay
This is a great place for larger groups, families, or people who each want their own bedroom and space to spread out. Three of us were very comfortable in this 4 bedroom (plus a futon in the living room) home with 2 bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms were upstairs, including 1 bedroom that had bunk beds. The house was clean and well furnished. The location was good with public transportation nearby. We stayed during a very hot time and all bedrooms had a fan. The front of the home faced a busy street but we didn't notice the noise in the living room and it was certainly tolerable in the bedroom. Street noise was not really noticeable after about 10:30 in that bedroom. The deck and patio didn't have great views but did provide more space to relax, and a bar-be-que was available on the patio. A mini-mart and small food establishments were nearby with some larger restaurants within a short walking distance. This is a very pleasant place to stay.

Convenient location
The place was great in general. Nicely decorated and clean. However the downstairs shower has a water leak and every time we used that shower we had to clean the bathroom afterwards. The location is great and walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, the MAX and the trolleys. However it is very noisy especially for the bedrooms facing the street.

Thank you Yousra for your frank review & for treating our home with respect. We are not living in the house on a daily basis to assess problems immediately but our cleaner does let us know as soon as something comes up. Nothing was relayed to us about a leaking shower during the last clean! However if it was something that occurred during your stay I encourage our guests to always reach out to us so we can take care of it ASAP. As for the noisy bedroom , you are traveling to a dynamic City which is served with one of the best transportation systems in the country. So having such accessibility to everything you'd want to experience, along with a house that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests would be a rare find and somewhat expected to have a little noise from the light rail across the street ( which stops operating at 11:30pm). I hope you understand and carry some happy memories back from Portland.

Convenient location with everything you need!
The rental was perfect for our get together of 5 people. We basically parked our car and either walked or took the max everywhere. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was super helpful and had some great tips for places to eat near by.
