“I was really blown away with this place upon staying. I assumed based off the price that this place would just be decent, but it was very clean and the room was large with a kitchenette. The staff were very friendly and this is in a great location located right next to the mall with plenty of shopping and dining. I typically don’t leave reviews, but I was very impressed with the hotel and its staff. Great price, great location, great hotel. ”

“Stayed for six nights and didn’t have my room cleaned once. Asked for cleaning three times and was promised cleaning but nothing happened. Front desk staff was rude and also “forgot” to order a cab to take me to the airport which almost made me miss my flight. When you pay almost 300 USD/night you expect good service but at Hyatt Centric it was non existent. ”

“The staff was very professional agreed to you right at the door. I would highly recommend the valet parking. They are so quick and eager to please you and with three dollar an hour parking on the street. The valet parking is well worth the price. “What a sweet queen room! So fun that each room had a song theme! The staff went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. I had to get my water bottle filled at the bar as my room sink was fairly shallow and the bartenders were always happy to fill me to the top! There were 4 shared bathrooms on the floor which I found to be convenient. I loved the use of a robe and plenty of towels to use when going down the hall. It's an older hotel so I could hear the big party of people next to me...
