Unauthorized early check-ins and late check-outs will result in a fine of £50.

Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, with a £100 fine for violators.

Guests bringing pets without prior authorization will be charged £150.

As with almost everywhere in Portsmouth there is limited street parking especially after 4pm. There is a chance you will not be able to park your car directly out side the property but there are usually spaces found within a few meters. Arranging travel times to arrive at the house during day time will help make parking easier to find. A permit is required between 5.30 and 7.30pm, please advise your car registration when booking and we will arrange this for you. There is a large Co-op, cafes, and brew house all less than a 2 minute walk away.
