Postel Abbey

Old and tired hotel, in need of refurbishment. No shuttle from the airport, which makes the transport complicated... 1.5 km from the nearest bus station (by night, the path it seems being in the middle of nowhere) and 700 m from the train station. The shuttle dissapeared during the pandemic and the hotel never bothered to reintroduce it. An Uber/ Bolt from the airport cost 20 - 25 euros. The 4 stars are 3 and look like 2. The TV in the room has only a few channels available, a menu that will take you a while to understand and it takes its time to respond to the commands... if it ever responds. If you have a car, they will charge you 18 euros/ day. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom and good breakfast.

Stayed with my two children here, not near train or metro but accessable enough through a bus line. There are a number of okay restaurants around so that it was okay also. Staff very helpful in working out how we should get around. Nice hotel, could do with a bit of a spruce up but totally okay, very clean and comfortable, good size room, Would recommend hotel but would be easier if driving Was really handy to get to airport plus some car rental companies nearby (ca 1,5km) Never tried breakfast as was with two children, would be a waste of money, they were satisfied with a croissant and something else. Very enjoyable
