Built from Brac stone, this charming villa offers a beautiful balance between authentic features and modern design, boasting floor-to-ceiling glass windows so you can enjoy stunning views in every room. Sleeping six guests, this deluxe property boasts spacious living areas and beautiful outdoor spaces,  perfect for a family celebration or just a space to spend quality time with your loved ones.

The main living area is open-plan, offering a spacious lounge, fully equipped kitchen, and friendly dining area with doors leading out to the terrace. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces seemingly become one, creating a popular entertainment area. The master bedroom offers pure luxury, with a cosy bed, desk, and reading chair alongside a stunning en-suite bathroom with open views over Brac that you can enjoy from the bath or shower!

The further two bedrooms are similarly designed for your every comfort, with access out to the terrace from both. There is also a fabulous home cinema and games room that can be found on the ground floor. The private sauna, equipped with a sound system and relaxation area, is perfect for easing away any lasting worries. Our favourite spot has to be the bubbling jacuzzi on the terrace!

Villa Bracia is the perfect space for those who enjoy the outdoors. Surrounded by vineyards, orchards, and rose gardens and boasting its vegetable gardens, the property is a dream, a real oasis away!

Located on the island of Brac, Villa Bracia is a fabulous base for exploring Croatia’s offerings. Clients can take the nearby Brac ferry back to Split for the day to explore Diocletian’s Palace, which makes up Split’s old town. Villa Bracia is about a twenty-five-minute drive from Supetar, where supermarkets, restaurants, and the ferry port are located. Due to the remote location of the villa, we recommend hiring a 4x4 car locally.

Brac Island is the most extended and most elevated island in central  Dalmatia. Make sure you try some of the olive oil on the island, the olives are of a rare variety called buhavica, and there’s over a half-million trees! Famous for the Zlatni Rat beach, which is known to be one of the most beautiful beaches you can visit and a real gem on the island!
