“The room was very clean and nice but the air conditioner didnt work great for the hotter days on Wednesday and Thursdays. Our room was pretty warm but we managed. Dont like to complain. ”

“The check in process was exhausting. There was over an hour wait and a very large traffic jam with honking. Our room had a view of hills and parking lot. For the sunrise if you closed half the curtains and sat at the edge of the bed it was picturesque. The breakfast line was intimidating, but overall quick moving. There were many options to choose from. We were only there for 1 night but that was enough. The bathroom was ek. And there were random items found near the dresser, under the bed and...

“Wonderful stay! Cabin was excellent. We have stayed in Ridgedale several times before- all good experiences. Only two maintenance items to mention:1) ceiling can light above door to deck flickering badly- may need replacing.2) shower head in queen bed bathroom needs cleaning or replacingThank you for a great stay! “The pool had to much chlorine in it and the smell was burning my eyes by just standing in the pool areas. the bottom of the pool was kind of rough as well. We opened up the doors to air it out and it helped. We had a soaker tub in one of the bathrooms and we couldn’t use it. The plug was missing but I didn’t ask or say anything bc the jets were dirty inside that I wouldn’t have let my kids use it anyways. It would have been nice to enjoy it though.
