Väldigt nöjd
Väldigt trevligt och bra! Mycket nöjd. Fina rum, trevlig personal, härligt spa och god mat. Tänk på att man åker på att betala en deposition på ca 2500kr som man får tillbaka när man reser hem. Man måste även betala en skatt på 300kr

The service was fantastic. Friendly staff, and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing. ....and not to forget the very beautiful rooms, lobby and exterior of the hotel. Excellent!

Förfallet hotell
Det här hotellet var säkert super modernt för 10-15 år sedan men har sedan dess underhållits dåligt och är längre inte ett 5 stjärnigt hotell som det var. Entrén och lobbyn är super fint men därefter så är det inte mer än ett 3 stjärnigt hotell. Vid en snabb glans ser rummen bra ut men så fort man kommer närmare, syns alla brister, söndriga tavlor, utrustning från 90 talet och billiga vara har byts ut med tiden. Det samma gäller spa:t, vid en snabb blick ser allt bra ut men var 10:e kakel platta hade lossnat och du kunde känna lösa bitar på bottnen i bassängen. Kakel som var fixat var ojämnt vilket gjorde det obekvämt att luta sig mot. Desutom var vattnet knappt varmt och ”jakuzin” fungerade halvt.

Vi hade en fantastisk upplevelse! Jag reste med min14årig son som älskade frukosten och poolen! Hotellet är verkligen enastående, vackert, charmigt, historiskt, perfekt med lika perfekt och super trevlig personal!

Great relaxing hotel with excellent service.
Nice stay in central Prag. Really nice hotel, especially for couple for longer weekend. The spa area, the beds, the service and the location are great. Pick this one.

Stad&Spa
Jätteskönt att ha tillgång till Spa utan kostnad. Skönt för trötta fötter och ben. Lång bassäng 20 m bra om man vill simma. . Vårt rum var rymligt som kunde haft fler krokar att hänga handdukar, baddräkt på, för det blev kläder och handdukar överallt. Bra läge. Vi hade inte frukost.

Riktigt bra service och väldigt trevlig personal som jobbar. Tack till receptionen Leo, Yusef och Caroline. Lite otur att vattenledningarna i huset strulade så man inte kunde tvätta av sig under dagen eller efter spat. Shit happens!! Bra frukost och även nice service där. Tack 🙏

Fit for a king. And queen.
Carlo IV is quite possibly the most magnificent hotel I've ever stayed at. The service was outstanding, the breakfast was fresh and included anything I could ever have imagined (including cava...) and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The only downside was the mediocre pressure in the shower.

Ett otroligt vackert hotell utifrån och in, känns väldigt lyxigt från början till slut. All personal var trevlig och väl bemötande, otroligt bra service, god frukost, härligt spa med bra massage, något kallt vatten i poolen för att vara spa men annars jättebra bastu och mysig miljö! Kommer helt klart välja detta hotell när jag åker till Prag nästa gång, det har det där lilla extra helt enkelt!

Vi hade en Junior svit där sovrummet låg en trappa upp. Dessvärre var det ganska varmt där, luftkonditioneringen fungerade endast på nedre plan. Sängen var bekväm men hård, ingen bäddmadrass. House cleaning ringde klockan 9 på morgonen och väckte oss trots att ingen skylt lämnats på dörren. Badrummet var litet och trångt. Förutom detta var det ett fint hotell och väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående personal.

Fina stora rum med bra närområde och spa
Jättebra läge till gamla stan, fina restauranger och trevligt spa. Dessvärre var poolen inomhus lite för kall för vår smak, men bastuna var trevliga. Frukosten varierade från varje dag, två av tre gånger var maten inte god då den antagligen legat framme medans en gång allt var fräscht. men det är stort utbud av varm mat, frukter, bröd samt müsli. Fin entré och super artig personal samt deras tips på restauranger och ställen att gå till var topp! Rekommenderas.

Great stay, would definitely return!
My stay here with a friend was great. They assisted with the transfer from the airport for a reasonable price and the spa experience were really good (and included). Also they had free WiFi (without an annoying login page), a extraordinarily continental breakfast buffet and clean rooms. It’s just a 5 minute walk from the city centre and less than 30 minutes to almost all interesting attractions. My advice to anyone staying here would be to pick the package in which breakfast is included since it’s much nicer to have it pre-paid and not have to take care of it every morning. I would definitely return here if I visit Prague again!

Väldigt lyxigt och behagligt hotell! Ordentligt med personal och bra frukost! Kan inte säga något negativt om min upplevelse. Letar ni efter ett hotell med utomordentligt spa med stor pool och avslappningsavdelning ska ni välja detta hotel. Ligger även centralt och nära till allt.

Fint hotell centralt.
Fint och tjusigt hotell med hjälpsam personal. Rummet på 4:e våningen var dock litet och fönstret satt så högt upp att man inte kunde se ut. Bra läge med gångavstånd till gamla stan.

Wonderful! Overall great with nothing to complain about. Maybe just that it could have been fresh pressed orange juice(with bits) at the breakfest.

Mycket pampigt och vackert hotell. Vi valde detta lite dyrare hotell p.g.a den härliga spa-avdelningen. När vi skulle checka in fick vi veta att spa-avdelningen inte gick att använda alls under vår vistelse p.g.a underhåll. De hänvisade till ett hotell några kvarter bort där vi kunde gå och låna deras spa. Väldigt besvikna blev vi. Man tycker att vi skulle få reda på det när vi bokade. Annars hade vi aldrig bokat just detta hotell då vi verkligen ville unna oss en spa-weekend. Vårt rum var väldigt litet med utsikt in mot en tegelvägg men mycket rent och fräscht. Bra frukost! Bra läge på hotellet med nära till allt.
