“To begin with, the write up for this rental property was advertised as a Charming 3-bedroom house. The 3 bedroom was correct, but it was far from charming. There was a lot of deferred maintenance on the property, from cracked broken floor tiles in the bathroom, which one could cut their bare feet on, the floor boards in the dining area that were loose and lifting up, a back storm door that was broken and would not close properly to the walls that were in need of a fresh coat of paint. “Hosts were very welcoming and communicated well. House was big but did not sleep 10 as stated- 2 people would have had to sleep on a run down couch. Luckily we had family nearby that could accommodate extra guests. Slight smell of dog in certain areas was not pleasant. We only slept there so it served our purpose well enough. ”

“The house was ok except for the mold or what the host calls mildew all over the living room ceiling. There was a lot of mold with drip marks on the living room/dining/kitchen ceiling with drip marks from what appears to have been from the previous roof. This should be handled properly before someone gets sick from the “mildew”.”

“The unit was fine for a place to stay. The property manager is slow with check-in instructions and we never received any check out instructions. The manger is absolutely unavailable after normal business hours for any issues that come up, as we found out. The house had been updated recently but the workmanship was of mixed quality. The new flooring was laid over an obviously rotted subfloor juding by how springy the floor was when walking on it.”

“Great stay overall. The property was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were simple and seamless, and communication with the host was prompt and helpful throughout the process. The space had everything needed and made for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. ”
