“Lovely place, clean, quiet and pretty. But we did not receive timely communication aobut that extra fee at the end of our stay. Since we were there for less than 24 hours, and had to head to the aiport at 3 am, we did not see her whatsapp message telling us that extra money was needed. Why isn't this disclosed in the payment details BEFORE our arrival?? I already contacted VRBO about the ineffectiveness of this system and all they said is we will alert the owner..... We literally got texted that...

When attempting to add a second night, after the host request; we foolishly agreed to go off the VRBO platform. After wiring money, they ghosted us for three weeks. “We had an incredible stay at this apartment with 4 adults and 5 kids—it was perfect for our group! We felt very safe throughout our stay, and the location was ideal. “My husband and I spent two nights in May during the Internazionali di Tennis. The room is gracious and spotless. Perfect for 2 person. The spacious kitchen is separate from the room and is shared with two other bedrooms, at the time the other rooms weren't occupied. The kitchen has all you need for breakfast with complimentary coffee pods, biscuits, jam and all you need for a continental breakfast. The fridge has dedicated shelves for each room.
