“Rekommenderar detta hotell! Perfekt läge, jättefint rum, väldigt skön säng! Hotellet har en bra deal med en restaurang bredvid där de har en utmärkt frukostbuffé. Rummets AC gick inte att styra, det var väl lite för tidigt på säsongen. Så lite för varmt men det funkade ändå så vi sa inte till, hade vi det hade de säkert hjälpt till. Men balkongdörrarna var bra för att kunna släppa in lite sval röst. Brant trappa för att komma upp till hiss och reception, så inget för den med dåliga knän.”

“Absolutely loved our stay here. The terrace French doors and the high ceilings made me feel like I a Victorian princess. I loved opening the doors and the patio doors for the view and for breeze. There are stairs to the property and you have to check in a bloc or two away so be prepared to walk but with the stairs came a ton of safety!!! Four locks to get through. Felt super safe here. I also loved how we were in the heart of Florence but from the back patio it was so quiet you didn’t hear any...

“The stay was nice. The hotel was clean, warm water and nice personal. I travel with my sister and she got sick it was holiday and pharmacies were closed, and they were very nice and gave me a phone number to the doctor. As a tourist think this was very nice of them. Basic breakfast but nice and very comfortable the stayed. There is a laundry mat nearby ”

“We had a truly mixed experience with this place. Checking in they did not have the correct information about our payment, they thought we already paid (with multiples reservations over a one week trip we didn't keep track as well as we should) so we payed the tax, had to come back to pay for the room, to later get an email that we didn't pay the right amount so after 3 separate payments the bill was finally settled. Then we learn that the second B in b&b must stand for bath or beyond because...

“Such a gem! The rooms, bathroom, service - everything was great. The surroundings cant be beaten, and its position right next to the dome is perfect. Easy to get back to the hotell for a small coffee-break when the feet start to hurt (which is quite common in Firenze). We will be back next time!”
