âDet Ă€r en bra hotell med utmĂ€rkt lĂ€ge bara 45 min bilresa ifrĂ„n Manchester airport. Vi tog hotellet som övernattningsstĂ€lle pĂ„ vĂ€g mot norra Wales och det var utmĂ€rkt. NĂ€ra vĂ€gen, stora rum och badrum och en pub med trevlig personal. Rekommenderas om man vill bara övernatta och resa vidare nĂ€sta morgon.â

TvĂ„ rymliga sovrum med varsitt badrum, stort vardagsrum/kök med frĂ€scha köksmaskiner, rymlig kyl/frys. Fin och cool inredning. Parkering pĂ„ innergĂ„rden var ett stort plus eftersom vi hade hyrbil. Bar/restaurant area was really nice and the lady serving at the bar was really lovely. We will definitely stay again. Ate at the restaurant called Amni across the road and it was excellent. Loads of choice of lovely restaurants nearby and main shopping area just round the corner made it a brilliant location.â

Rooms would benefit from a deep clean. The building is looking tired (visible bubbling on the walls, discoloured plug holes, tatty bed bases) and needs refreshing.
For a spa day I would be disappointed, for a base to explore the area it was fine. The pool was a key factor in choosing this hotel.â
âThe room had a lot of spiders (dead and alive as welll, and spider webs everywhere. Could you see them more properly when the lights were on and you saw them going from the lamps to the ceiling and between the desk and the wall.
When they cleaned the room they left stains on the sheets.
Breakfast was mediocre, there was no fresh vegetables and the only vegetables they did have were fried mushrooms or baked tomatoes

"We arrived at 12.00, and our check in was at 15.00. Our plan was to ask if we could leave our bags and check in earlier. Before we even asked about the check in, the receptionist already offered to check us in directly. It was amazing and this made our whole experience wonderful.
The room was very clean, bathroom was big, bed was so soft and fluffy. We could also easily cast from the phone to the TV.
The location was perfect. It was very central and right around a lot of bars and restaurants, but you couldnât hear anything from outside if you were in the room.
Overall we really loved the Resident. And we are definitely coming back!"
"The photel is a old office or parliamentarian building, so it's kinda weird to walk the hallways to your room. When you step in to the hotel, you will probably be amazed, since the first impression of this place is, impressive. It's a really nice ground floor/atrium with a nice (?) restaurant. I had problems getting a good connection though to the web. However, a member of the staff helped me get online."
