Cons: -Cost: but I must say it is a great place that deserves charging more than the average hotels. I guess the issue is that even the below-average ones are very expensive in Canada, increasing all places' rates; -Pool hours: during the Summer, I would strongly prefer that the pool would be open until 8pm, at least, for overnight guests only. “A great place to stay. We were in the pink room with 2 queen beds. It was gorgeous. Beautiful linens. Great AC which was welcome. Alex was a lovely host and we enjoyed family style breakfast with the other guests on the second morning. We explored Sandbanks and borrowed beach towels. We enjoyed walking the grounds and felt very at home here. It’s a beautiful old farmhouse and Alex and his partner have really decorated it with both style and comfort in mind. The art and decor are beautiful. ”
