“Hotellet hade egentligen allt man kunde önska sig (även om jag som icke-golfare hellre hade velat bo närmare Hanalei centrum)... däremot var hotellpersonalen (i synnerhet två kvinnor som jobbade som concierge) sanslöst arrogant och ointresserad av att hjälpa till. Min erfarenhet av att ha rest runt under fyra veckor på Hawaiiöarna är att personalen är inte särskilt serviceorienterad (till skillnad från många resmål i Europa, Asien och USA i övrigt) och trevlig. De får väl tyvärr tillräckligt...

“Anyone considering staying in princeville should book this beautifully thought-out condo with no hesitation. Location is great - peaceful and quiet with lots of places to walk to. The layout of the condo is perfect and all furniture is so comfy - we almost didn’t want to leave to go explore the island. The hosts were incredibly responsive with a few minor questions we had. We will be back when we come back to Kauai soon. ”

“The studio is really sweet. We love this location and Daniel is very responsive and helpful. The parking can be little stressful during busier holiday times when the units fill up. Just know that you can park where there's a designated "permit" spots in the lot. We've stayed in the larger/loft studio next door in the past which is preferred. Not only is it larger, cleaner, and has all the comforts of your home, you also get your own designated parking spot. I will say though, I think this...

“The stay was very disappointing. At the 4pm check in (which was very late) the condo was not cleaned. I was half way through cleaning in myself when a couple showed to finish. No washer and dryer. The space isn’t even set up for it even though it’s listed in the amenities. Upon arrival the TV was not working. The owner was notified and it took 4 days to be replaced. Normally not a big deal but this was just a solo golf trip and I could have really used the relax time at night. The space was used...

“Great wifi. Clean property. Kitchen amenities were a little lacking (no wrap, foil, or zip bags). All other amenities were plenty. ”

“Great location to explore North Shore beaches. Our host was most welcoming! Very comfortable accommodations. We slept so well! Our host provided great recommendations. Everything we needed for a relaxing stay and beach adventures was provided. We cooked breakfast and had takeout from the local Foodland. We didn't use the pool, hot tub or grill as we were more interested in the beaches but they looked good too.”
