“I did not realise that we were staying in a plantation village, with multiple accommodation. I had made a request for two beds and, as it was a slow time of year, we got two bedrooms. Pahala is a very cute town (and currently the only one with a grocery store as the one in Naalehu was no longer as at 28 Jan 25). The people were also really friendly.
