“The space is clean and well decorated, it feels homey without being cluttered. There are upstairs neighbors, and the noise they generated at times was loud and took away from the overall experience. The bathroom is large and clean, the shower was phenomenal. Having in house laundry was awesome and added value for us on our stay. Meg was easy to reach and responded quickly. The provided binder had so much useful information and was great for getting oriented. If a little (and truly I mean little)...

“Nice, quiet neighborhood! The studio is comfortable, similar to a hotel room - with a fabulous fenced yard. It was a perfect space for a dog. Mine was immediately happy to have his own space to mosey around, and we enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. The hosts were responsive and pleasant. ”

“The property is super dirty, flies everywhere and no screen on the window. The shower drain is clogged and I requested refund on the spot and told they will but after many calls and tickets raised, they refused the refund 3 times. Now I will request a charge back from my visa issuer. This property is a scam and the 10/10 rating is definitely fake, avoid at all costs! I gave them enough time and chance to make it right but seems I have to make them look bad this time.”

“Nice residential neighborhood located on the back side of a home. Unit was clean and convenient. However, no temperature control in the unit since it appears to be a single unit within the home on the other side of the door. Too cold with the cool air blowing all night the first night. “It was nice to have the river outside the deck. The property has some updates, but still looks like an older property. We enjoyed the restaurant, it was nice to sit outside on the beautiful patio. When checking in you need to provide a credit card for incidentals, which is fine. We found out we were billed 195 after check out. Thank goodness I checked my credit card statement. Communication with the management company was good but it did take 3 weeks to get that money credited back. Just make...
