The primary bedroom is located on the main floor. Large patio doors open to the covered terrace from this room, and also features a 65" Smart TV, an expansive bathroom with a soaker tub and walk-in shower. There are 4 king bedrooms located on the second floor...each with ensuite bathroom and walk in showers, two of these bathrooms feature soaker tubs. The three bedrooms along the pool side of the villa have patio doors which open onto a private terrace...perfect for a quiet morning coffee or an evening repass to watch the sun set after a great day.

- Guests must be 25 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

- Residential quiet hours are respected between 11 PM and 7 AM.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. The primary guest will be held responsible for any smoking damage, including to the exterior structure, furniture, and cushions.
