“We have been renting on the Cape for close to 20 years and our family has grown. This gem of a house was perfect for us. We had plenty of space and privacy while also enjoying the gathering areas like the dining room, living room and fire pit! We were close to the beaches and a short drive away from Ptown. We cooked more than we ever had because the kitchen is spacious and so well equipped. This was the perfect place for us! ”

“Adorable little cottage. Very clean. Light over bathroom sink doesn't work. Need to have a nightlight in the hall.”

“Great location and view of the bay! There were some damages that were surprising to find. Need to repair some things! Especially the storm door which is broken and doesn't close properly.”
