We booked 3 separate units (2 bedroom, 2 bath and (2) separate studios). Sadly the 2 Bedroom had mold and mildew in the upstairs Main Bedroom, from the moment you walked in you could smell a stale scent, walking to the back and heading up stairs it just got worse. The space upstairs was huge, and we like liked the layout, but sadly could not deal with smell. I had to go outside (I am medically compromised). My son then came out and stated there was mold on one of the ceiling (which was confirmed by our 2 aunts (who are both nurse practitioners) who were staying in the other 2 studios (which were adorable)). We called the management company right away, and was mutually agreed we could not stay there. The Aunts stayed but we had to drive home. The following day, spoke to management company again (who were very apologetic and refunded full amount, they were very nice to work with). We did find another place (last minute) and got to go back on Monday to continue the family vacation together.

Great Spot

Great spot on a quiet street on the edge of town. Clean, great AC, huge bedrooms. Separate units worked great for our crew of 6 - couples shared the 2 bed unit and the singles got their own. 2 washers and dryers was amazing. Management Co was quick to come out when the internet went out. Only complaint is the couch in the listing photos was replaced with two recliners.

Awesome Rental!

We have been coming to PTown for many years but never really have stayed in the East End. We chose this location because our friend is performing at the Plymouth Theater and this rental was a 10 minute walk to Fanizzi's for dinner and then the show basically across the street. We had 5 adults so we used the main condo with 2 bedrooms and then the studio condo with a bedroom and bath. The condos were immaculate and very comfortable! We all loved the beds! The studio has its on kitchen and although we didn't cook anything you had the option to do that in the studio. We just left so the weather wasn't "beach weather" but it was nice enough to sit out in the beautiful yard! The neighborhood is lovely! As some of the other reviewers said it's about a 20-25 minute walk to town but one of the reasons we love PTown is for all the walking it allows you to do! The East End of PTown is different from being right in town but it was definitely a nice change from what we are used to! Communication with Del Mar was so easy and very timely! I highly recommend this rental!

Awesome in PTown

The location was great! We were in quiet part of town where you can lay out on the roof deck with no noise. However, only a 20 minute walk to town. I would give the stay 10 out of 10. I would stay again.

Very nice place to stay

Very clean and in a good location. Was able to walk downtown in 20 min or so. Had a few miscommunications with the check in process but they are very easy to reach with prompt assistance.

Great spot on East end of Ptown

Great spot if you're looking to be nearby downtown Provincetown. Walking/biking distance. Everything inside appeared brand new. Beds very comfortable. The property owner lives on site and is friendly and welcoming.
